Our wine territory is about 2.5 acres of wine
made for A.O.C. Chinon wine. The "cabernet fran" wine
plant of the Vienne valley give the wine a
very fruity and fine taste.
This
wine is made in the most traditional local ways of wine labouring, such
as wooden barrels, that is
why it keeps all characteristics of its taste
depending on the years.
And in the Moulin de Saussaye,all years are
replacing each other, but they are never the same.
We
are happy to make you taste the difference.
