We ensure that our guests have flexibility during these challenging times and so will allow changes or cancellations without a charge to accommodate any changes in government directives due to the evolution of covid-19.
We apply strict sanitary precautions to ensure the safety of our guests. We take standards for hygiene, hand hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, and are taking specific steps to fight Covid-19 on a daily basis. For example, we use cleaning and disinfecting protocols on guest departure and pay particular attention to high-touch items.
